Feel the Fear & Do It Anyway

How often does stress, anxiety, fears of rejection and failure assault your mind?
Probably all the time in this day and age…
However, these thoughts are just your emotions repressed or stuck in your body, manifesting as pain, illness, stress, anxiety, overthinking etc. If you learn to process the emotions as they arise, the thoughts must disappear, leaving you in a state of expansiveness.
Mindset work only gets you so far. The key is to FEEL your feelings! Lean into them instead of fighting, ignoring, analyzing, or running away from them. Only then you’ll realize you’re actually okay, and you can do anything because your feelings won’t kill you!
Feelings show up as visceral sensations in the body. Where do you notice pain, sadness, fear and discomfort in your body? What size and shape is it? What color is it? Lean in, amp it up, and see what images come up. What past wounds have been haunting you?
Allow yourself to cry or scream it out full-force like you were a 5 year old child again. Then comfort yourself the way you need to be loved. Tell yourself you are safe and loved. Because on the other side, is serenity and freedom. It was just a stuck emotion that has now actually been processed.
The reason people with near death experiences have mystical outcomes is partly because they’ve faced the biggest fear of all, and were still okay.
So, have you REALLY looked at your fears directly in the eye, asked yourself what it’s all about?
